Love pizza but hate the calories?, this "pizza" substitute will help you hit the spot without going mad on the calories. Easy to make and quick to whip up!

This recipe requires cooked chicken (Please cook chicken prior to starting)
1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/356ºF.
2) Lay out your tortilla wrap and spread your pesto evenly over the top with the back of a spoon.
3) Spread your slice chicken, red onion, and peppers evenly over the tortilla, and then sprinkle your mozzarella over the top. Add any additional seasonings you may like.
4) Place in the oven on a baking tray (Pizza tray with holes is ideal) for 3-5 minutes, until chicken is well heated and the wrap begins to crisp up. Cook until wrap is crispy to the middle.Note*
This recipe with vary oven to oven, try reduce the amount of moisture you add to the wrap to make sure it cooks well.
You will see best results with a pizza pan, but a pre heated baking tray works too.
