1) Mix your protein with your yoghurt well
2) Add in your berries & fruit. Easy
3) If you want to make "Ice-Cream", also add in ice and blast it in a blender until frozen thick and creamy.if you want to change consistency leave in freezer or to thaw
4) Top with cinnamon
