A delicious herby twist on a classic. An easy to make recipe and well worth giving a go.
- 1 Chicken Breast (150g raw)
- 2 Slices of Bread
- 10g Light Mayo
- 2 Bacon Medallions
- 1 Large Tomato
- 2 Medium Lettuce lLeaves
- Salt,Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Chilli Flakes and Mixed Herbs to season the chicken
*Use Gluten/Dairy free alternatives where needed e.g bread
1. Season the chicken to taste and pop in the oven/ air fryer for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees C.
2. Air fry/ fry the bacon in some fry lite and pay off the excess grease with kitchen roll.
3. Grill one side of the bread only - this gives a nice crunch! Spread Mayo on the non-toasted side.
4. Assemble your sandwich! Layer lettuce, sliced tomatoes, bacon, and finally your chicken and top with the other slice of bread!
