120g Cooked Chicken (160g Raw)
150g Broccoli Rice/Cauliflower Rice
80g Broccoli (roughly chopped)
100g Sliced Mixed Peppers
1 Small Spring Onion (diced)1Small Chilli (optional)
30g Bean Sprouts
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Serving Sriracha Sauce
2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce

Garlic Powder
Ginger Powder
Chilli Flakes
Salt & Pepper
1) In a pan of 1 calorie cooking spray cook your chicken breast along with broccoli, broccoli rice, and mixed peppers, along with spices of choice. Cook until chicken is heated/cooked through.
2) Add in your Broccoli rice and continue to cook for another few minutes.
3) Once cooked through add in your bean sprouts and sauces and stir thoroughly. If you prefer your bean sprouts softer and less crunchy, add these in earlier during the cooking.
4) Serve with diced spring onions sprinkled on top
