Pizza is probably one of the harder foods to fit into your diet, solely because they're so big. Making your own miniature pizzas, allows you to enjoy the delicious flavours without sacrificing half your daily calories!
- 2 Wholemeal Pittas
- 50g Passata (seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and garlic granules)
- 70g Light Mozzarella
- 60g Cooked Chicken
- 15g Chorizo
Spread the tomato sauce evenly on your pittas. Shred the mozzarella, chicken and chorizo and pop on top. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and chilli flakes.
Pop in the oven for 10 minutes at 220 degrees C (alternatively you can whack them under the grill for a few minutes)
Slice them up and enjoy! Serve with a side salad and top with fresh basil!
